Statistical data collection
In order to choose the default language of the site, we make use of the "cookies" technology. These cookies are provided by the BileMo website.
Cookies that we use: chosen language and date of your last visit. Expiration date is 1 January 2100.
Besides, BileMo also analyses the statistics of the visits of the site by collecting connection data. IP addresses corresponding to the visits are not kept for more than 24 hours.
You can refuse these cookies (and will thus lose the possibility to choose a language other than the default one).

Electronic messages sent to BileMO are not stored.
Electronic addresses used for sending codes are kept for 30 days so that they can be accessed by the applicant.
E-addresses used in the information newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe. Validated email addresses are erased after having remained unused for 40 days. Email addresses of the 'contributors' are erased when their the total of their contribution points equals zero.
Access Rights
You are entitled to have access to, modify, amend or suppress your own personal data (art. 34 of the French law "Informatique et Libertés" ("Computing and Freedom") dated 6 January 1978). At any time, you can ask for your personal data to be deleted. Contact: contact@bilemo.com

Use of the services, warning
Service provider unlock:
Prior to making your request, you must certify that you have the total ownership of the phone you want to unlock. You can choose to use your contribution points to receive your unlocking codes. For each of your requests and in exchange of your contribution points, we will set to work all technical and logical means available on the site to calculate your codes (machines time, processors), according to the information you provided. Your contribution points are exchanged against the exclusive utilisation of the technical resources of the site for a given period of time. Thus, whatever the result before or after the manipulation/use of the codes, contribution points can not be "refunded".
'Absolut Unlock': User conditions of the service are indicated on the main page of the service. If your codes are not available, contribution points used for this service will be re-credited on your BileMo account.
Warning and guarantee:
Codes are calculated on the basis of the information you provided at yourb last request. Nonetheless, we have no mean to check if the provided information is correct. Moreover, though the codes calculation is truly efficient, we cannot guarantee that the specific configuration, the system and the Software version of your mobile will correspond to the calculated algorithms and that the result will suits your expectations. Contributions of any nature cannot be "refunded", contributions are not a mean to buy operators unlocking.
All services:
You are informed that the nature of the information, as well as its handling as described on the site feature some potential risks for your material. In no case will BileMO be held responsible for a damage, faulty functioning or locking of the phone due to a mishandling of the codes or to an uncomplete reading of the instructions sent with the codes.
Contributions:
Contributions to the site are free and voluntary. These can be, depending on the possibilities offered by the site: information sharing, money donation, Software (see the Contributions page). The purpose of the contributions is to bring to the site material and financial resources thare are necessary for its development. COntributions points are given to the contributor in exchange for his contributions. The site can offer in exclusivity functions and services to the contributors in exchange for their points (as a way to thank them). Whether they are used or not, contribution points can never be "reimbursed" or "recredited".
